Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Eel River, or Thorntown Party of Miami Indians, February 11, 1828, 7 Stat. 309-310. ( Articles
of a Treaty between the United States and the Eel River, or Thorntown Party of Miami Indians in which the Indians cede to the United States all their
right and title to land which they reserved in Article 2 of the treaty concluded on October 6, 1818, 7 Stat. 189 (LLMC 69843). The Indians are to
receive goods valued at $2,000 and once the treaty is ratified an additional $8,000 in goods. The treaty was concluded at the Wyandot Village near the
Wabash in the State of Indiana on February 11, 1828.)
