Treaty between the United States and the Ottawa, Chippewa, and Potawatomi Nations in which the Indians cede the land described in Article 1. The
Tribes received payment in specie in consideration for the cession and the right to hunt on the ceded land. The treaty was concluded in Chicago, in the
State of Illinois on August 29, 1821.)
