Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Creek Nation, January 8, 1821, 7 Stat. 215-216. ( Treaty between the United States and the
Creek Indians in which they ceded their remaining land east of the Flint River in Georgia to the United States. The Creeks received $10,000 at the
signing and were to receive additional payments over fourteen years. The treaty was concluded at Indian Springs, Georgia on January 8, 1821.)
