Treaty between the United States and the Wea Tribe of Indians, August 11, 1820, 7 Stat. 209. ( The Weas relinquished all the lands they reserved in
Article 2 of the treaty concluded at St. Mary's, Ohio on October 2, 1818, 7 Stat.186 (LLMC 69841). The Indians received $5,000 in money and goods in
satisfaction for the land. The treaty was concluded at Vincennes, Indiana on August 11, 1820.)
Title:   A Treaty made and concluded / by Benjamin Parke, a Commissioner for that purpose on the part of the United States, of the one part: and the chiefs, warriors, and head men, of the Wea tribe of Indians, of the other part.
