Treaty between the United States of America and the Kickapoo tribe of Indians, December 9, 1809, 7 Stat. 117. ( A treaty in which the Kickapoos agree
to the ninth article of the treaty concluded at Fort Wayne on September 30, 1809, 7 Stat. 113 (LLMC 69795). They also agree to cede to the United
States the land between previously ceded land and land at the mouth of the Vermilion River. The treaty was concluded on December 9, 1809.)
Title:   A Treaty Between the United States of America and the Kickapoo Tribe of Indians / William Henry Harrison, governor of the Indiana territory and commissioner plenipotentiary of the United States for treating with the Indian tribes north west of Ohio, and the Sachems and war chiefs of the Kickapoo tribe, on the part of said tribe, have agreed on the following articles.
