Separate Article between the United States and the Delawares and Putawatimies, September 30, 1809, 7 Stat. 115-116. ( This separate article was
concluded the same day as the Treaty between the Delaware, Potawatomi, Miami, and Eel River Miami Indians, 7 Stat. 113 (LLMC 69795). It gives additional
compensation to the Miami Nation. Domestic animals valued at $500 are to be given to the Miamis for the next three years and their annuity was to be
increased by $200. The Wea and Eel River tribes were also to receive an additional annuity of $100. This separate article was concluded at Fort Wayne in
the Indiana Territory on September 30, 1809.)
Title:   A Separate article entered into at fort Wayne, on the 30th day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine / between William Henry Harrison. commissioner plenipotentiary of the United States for treating with the Indian tribes, and the Sachems and chief warriors of the Miami and Eel river tribe of Indians, which is to be considered as forming part of this treaty this day concluded between the United States and the said tribes, and their allies the Delawares and Putawatimies.
