Treaty of Limits between the United States of America and the Chaktaw Nation of Indians, November 16, 1805, 7 Stat. 98-100. ( A treaty between the
United States and the Choctaw Indians which cedes their rights to the land whose boundaries are specified in Article I. In consideration the U.S. agreed
to pay $50,500. The Indians will also receive $3,000 in goods annually. The treaty was concluded on Mount Dexter in Pooshapukanuk in Choctaw country
on November 16, 1805.)
