Articles of a Treaty between the United States of America and the Cherokee Indians, October 25, 1805, 7 Stat. 93-94. ( A treaty between the United
States and the Cherokee Indians which cedes their rights to the land whose boundaries are specified in Article II. The Indians receive $3,000 in
merchandise, $11,000, and an annuity of $3,000. The treaty was concluded at Tellico in the state of Tennessee on October 25, 1805.)
