Treaty between the United States of America and the Chiefs, and Warriors of the Wyandot, Ottawa, Chipawa, Munsee, and Delaware, Shawanee, and
Pottawatima nations, July 4, 1805, 7 Stat. 87-89. ( A friendship treaty between the United States and the Wyandot, Ottawa, Chippewa, Munsee, Delaware,
Shawnee, and Potawatomi Nations in which the Indians ceded land and acknowledged the protection of the United States. The Indian Nations received $4,000
immediately and $12,000 payable in six annual installments. They were permitted to fish and hunt in the land they ceded. The treaty was concluded at Fort
Industry located on the Miami of the Lake.)
Title:   A Treaty between the United States of America, and the sachems, chiefs, and warriors of the Wyandot, Ottawa, Chipawa, Munsee and Delaware, Shawanee, and Pottawatima nations, holden at Fort Industry, on the Miami of the lake, on the fourth day of July, Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred and five.
