Study: Joint Task Force-Bravo, Where 'Can I Shoot the Prisoners?' Is Never the Question." Capt. Ann Castiglione-Cataldo, JA, United States Army submitted
the thesis in April 1991. This paper reviewed the dual mission of a Judge Advocate in a low intensity conflict in Honduras, and more generally. The
author noted the need to give both traditional legal advice in a non-traditional environment and exercise support, with a careful review of the
mission goals after completion.
