Printed for T. Cooper, 1742. (A collection of articles written at different times discussing acts related to the British West Indies by a Barrister at
Law who wanted his name concealed. The author was identified Jonathan Blenman, Attorney General of Barbados from 1726 to 1741. There are handwritten
notes in the margins. Chapters cover various topics including trade, practices of the Courts of Law in Barbados, and the 4 1/2 per cent duty paid in
Barbados. The spine on the copy held by the Library of Congress identifies the author as J. Blumeau.)
