International Disputes, February, 1913. (Lacks TOC & Index. This text is one of a series of annexes to the publication Juridical Settlement of
International Disputes, which was issued quarterly by the Society. It is denominated “February, 1913, No. 11”. A roster of the Officers and Advisory Council to
the Society as composed in 1913 starts after p. 31. An appendix starting on p.25 presents reprints of documents detailing an early arbitration between
the United States and Great Britain conducted by the then Secretary for Foreign Affairs, John Jay. Charles C. Hyde was a U.S. lawyer and professor of
international law at Northwestern and Columbia. He served as solicitor for the U.S. Department of State in 1923-25, and as a member of the Permanent
Court of Arbitration in 1951-52. His best known publication is International Law, Chiefly as Interpreted and Applied by the United States, 2 v., 1922.
