This collection contained the Rules, Regulations, By-laws,
etc., in force in June 1938, when the Revised Edition of the Legislative Enactments was
published. Similarly arranged as the Revised Edition, with reference made in the margin of the text to the number and date of the Government Gazette
in which the subject matter of the text first appeared. These three volumes, plus 1939 supplement, also have indexes at the end of volume 3 and the
supplement.
