(The title as given applies to Vol. 1–3 only. Vol. 4 is said to be “translated” by Kotzé, who by then, 1907, is listed as Judge President of the Eastern Districts Court and a member of the Supreme Court. Vols. 5–6 are said to be “reported” by Benedictus de Korte, the word “translated” is not used, and the word “Official” is dropped from the title. The Africaans versions of Vols. 1–4 were published in Pretoria in 1895–99.
