Reports of cases decided in the High Court: Vols. 1903–1910, var. reporters, Grahamstown, Cape Colony, African Book Co., 1904–11. (The Orange Free State was independent from 1854 to the end of the century, when it became involved in the Boer War between the South African Republic {Transvaal} and Great Britain. Annexed by the later in 1900, it was granted a civil administration in 1902, when this High Court was established. In 1910 the Colony became part of an independent and federal South Africa, and these reports were continued by the So. African Law Repts, Orange Free St. Prov. Div.)
