Convention between Great Britain, Germany, the United States, and Samoa as to the Revision of the Convention of September 2, 1879 relative to
the Municipal Board of Apia: Signed at Samoa, September 29, 1883, 3p, Samoa No. 1 (1885). London, Harrison and Sons, 1885. (This Convention extends
the deadline for the revision of the Convention between Great Britain, Germany, the United States, and Samoa dated September 2, 1879. Article X of
that convention required that the Municipal Board of Apia cease after four years and Apia would pass to the control of Samoa. That deadline was postponed to
an unspecified date.)
