The statutes and laws of Jamaica; Revised edition: (Ker & Schalch), Vol. 1-4, publ. by authority, Kingston, pr. by George Henderson & Co., 1874-77,
all published. (The identity of the revisers, Associate Justice Ker and Attorney General Schalch, is provided in the preface to the 1888 Revision. As
initially contemplated, this 1874 revision was intended to be in five volumes, to cover statutes in force up through the year 1873, and to conclude
with a General Index volume. In the event, for unrevealed reasons, the work was apparently truncated at 1866, and no volume for 1867-73 or General Index
volume has been located. This lack is reaffirmed in the preface to the 1888 revision.)
