within its purview. Issues No. 1-12, Oct./Nov. 1926 to Aug./Sep., 1927 were published bimonthly, each with it’s own pagination. Issue No. 13 covered
Oct.-Dec., 1928, being also paginated separately. In both 1929 and 1930 the pagination is continuous, and all issues are bimonthly, except for a
“double issue” for Sep.-Dec., 1930. In the final year, 1931 there are only two issues, 25 & 26, each covering four months, Jan.-Apr. & May-Aug.. Each is
separately paginated. However, apparently in error, the Jan.-Apr. issue, starts with p.75. Most of the materials are in French, except that foreign
documents received in English are reprinted in that language. The L.C. copy records a letter from the office of the Haitian Ministry of External Affairs
noting suspension of publication with Issue No. 26, 1931.)
