augmented, by Jean Joseph Dalbemar, Vol. 1-2, Port-au-Prince, Les Editions Fardin, 1997, all published. (While the words “Troisième edition” appear
on a separate title page provided by Les Editions Fardin, the entire second edition, with its original title page, is merely reprinted. As with the
2nd, 1889, edition, tables of contents for Vols. 1 & 2, are provided on pp. 339-40 and pp. 315-16 of the respective volumes. A table of forms and a
detailed index for both volumes is provided on pp. 317-26 and 327-49 of Vol. 2. The entire text is in French. Dalbemar, b. 1839, was a former president of
the Tribunal de Cassation d’Haiti, and onetime Secretary of State of the Haiti Departments of Public Works and Agriculture. See the 1st & 2nd, 1887
