The Project of Organic Provincial Law adopted by the advisory commission and submitted to the Provisional Governor on January 24, 1908. This
document was published in Havana by Rambla and Bouza. The commission proposed laws that were consistent with the Cuban Constitution of 1902, as well as
creating democratic and decentralizing legislature, while harmonizing the various political fields in Cuba. There is both a table of contents and subject
