Hearing before a Subcommittee of the Committee on Foreign Relations in the United States Senate, pursuant to Senate Resolution 256. This resolution
was charged to study the commerce in existing treaties of the U.S. and other countries with the Republic of China, as well as examine the conditions
which might affect trade and commerce with China. The first part covered hearings on August 6 and 8, 1030; the second part covered hearing between
August 27 to September 24, 1930. There are two copies in this collection.
