Convention between the United States and the Cherokee nation of Indians, January 7, 1806, 7 Stat. 101-103. ( A treaty between the United States and
the Cherokee Indians which cedes their rights to the land whose boundaries are specified in Article I. In consideration the U.S. agreed to pay $2,000
and $2,000 for the next four years. The treaty was concluded January 7, 1806 in Washington, D.C.)
Title:   A convention made between Henry Dearborn, secretary of war, being specially authorized thereto by the President of the United States, and the undersigned chiefs and head men of the Cherokee nation of Indians, duly authorized and empowered by said nation.
