1883-85, Laws of the Osage Nation (MS)
Laws passed in Osage Nation Council from 1883-1885. Of note, following an act to offer rewards for the return of stolen Osage property, there was a
resolution on November 9, 1883 the no more Osage land would be leased to United States citizens. Election procedure and education acts were also
included in these laws. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the National Archives).
