Title:	Nevada Attorney Generals’ Opinions, 1891/92–
Description:	Official opinions of the Attorney General of Nevada: annual from 1875 to 1888, biennial between1891/92 to 1967/70, annual thereafter, Carson City, var. state printers, 1875–. (The Office of Attorney General of Nevada was created by the 1864 statehood Constitution. A law of 1867 mandated annual reports, although there is no record of reports for 1865-74, 1877/78, 1889/90 & 1968-1970. Starting with the 1891/92 biennial, the report also contained A.G. opinions. The fact that in many of the states there were differing patterns of publication for the A.G reports and opinions makes for a confusing literature. To minimize confusion in its online offerings, LLMC has chosen to group all of the U.S. state attorney generals’ reports and opinions in two separate series for each state. For the Nevada A.G.
