(The original materials scanned to create the present title are held by the Archives as Record Series 423, v.2-6. Note that in Book 4, 1898-99, pp. 25-26 to have been cut out. However, the Archives believes that there are no missing entries, but that those pre-paginated pages were spoiled by the secretary, necessitating starting on a new, clean page.)
